The material up close, and on the wall.
Six finishes, seven curated shades each, out of 80+ supplier colors. Each one full-width, next to how it lives in a real interior.
Liquid stone,
burnished by hand.
Lime and marble dust, laid in thin translucent coats and polished until the wall catches light the way stone does.
Seamless concrete,
soft to the touch.
One continuous surface, troweled by hand at two to three millimeters. We finish ours matte, and there are no joints anywhere.
Clouds of lime,
laid with a brush.
Natural lime paint that breathes. Soft clouded strokes give the wall a quiet, living movement.
Warm clay,
burnished by hand.
Natural clay plaster with an ultra-low sheen, laid in thin coats and lightly burnished. Mediterranean warmth for dry walls.
Sculpted ribs,
drawn by hand.
Vertical relief pulled through wet plaster on the wall itself. No MDF panels, no seams to hide. Light and shadow do the rest.
Gilded walls,
aged to patina.
Metal leaf, patinated by hand and sealed at the moment it looks right. Walls that catch light like jewelry.
The maker
I arrive in a clean car, wearing good cologne and fresh shoe covers. Then I do the best work in the room.
My name is George. I started in Los Angeles from zero and built a reputation on one principle: maximum service, maximum quality, from the first call to the final seam. Today my regulars are luxury boutiques from San Diego to Topanga, and homes their owners poured themselves into. A bad craftsman never gets passed from hand to hand. I do.
From first visit to final walkthrough.
Site visit
George comes over, reads the room and its light, and helps pick the material and color before any work starts.
Estimate
A clear quote, then before-and-after photos as work progresses. You always know what you pay for.
Protecting your home
Fresh shoe covers straight from the pack; floors, furniture, tech and outlets covered before the first bucket opens.
Full-system application
Coat by coat, trowel and brush. The complete manufacturer system with no skipped steps.
Manufacturer warranty
Applied as the full system, the material carries its maker’s warranty — Topciment covers its microcement for up to 10 years. It covers the material itself, not the labor, so the work has to be right the first time.
How the finish is built, layer by layer.
Six stages, seven layers, each one working for longevity. That is why the surface lives for decades and is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty on the material.

Mesh & primer
Mesh and a barrier primer spread the load across the whole wall instead of letting it gather in one line. It is the difference between a finish that ages well and one that fails early.

Pigment
Color is mixed into the material, not brushed on top. We work in mineral pigments, the same iron oxides and earths that have held their color on Italian walls for centuries.

Base coats
Two troweled coats, sanded. Building up the body and a perfectly true plane for the finish.

Decorative coat
The finish texture is pulled by hand. That living pattern of stone no machine can repeat.

Pre-sealer
A binding soak ties the separate layers into one monolith.

Protective sealer
Two coats of finishing sealer. Splashes, fingerprints, the daily life of a hallway: the surface takes it and wipes clean. For showers and steam we switch to materials built for standing water.
